Playin' It Safe

Time 4 U

Time 4 U is a free, confidential and non-judgmental service offering advice and support to young men and women under 21 in relaxed and friendly environment.

If you need to talk about relationships, stress, bullying, smoking cessation, healthy lifestyles, drugs, contraception, pregnancy or chlamydia testing why not pop in?

Time 4 U drop-in clinics are available in the areas where you are able to easily access them. You can simply come in to see us at your local school or youth club – you can talk about any issue that is concerning you without being embarrassed. You can find your nearest Time 4 U here.

The first Time 4 U drop-in clinic was piloted at Hanley Castle High School in 1994. Following its success, the service has been rolled-out across Worcestershire and the area now has 31 Time 4 U drop-in facilities!

Time 4 UWe’ve helped thousands of young people over 15 years

Time 4 U has now been running in Worcestershire for 15 years! The milestone was celebrated by nearly 200 teenagers from across the county at Worcester Rugby Club on 23rd July 2009. The partygoers – all aged from 14 to 17 – enjoyed a climbing wall, DJ lessons, dance workshops, craft making, pamper sessions, martial arts classes, a football tournament and a tour of the stadium. Access to all the usual advice and support that the Time 4 U clinics provide for under-21s in the county was also on offer.
The event was a chance to celebrate the great work that goes on at the clinics and encourage the young men and women to continue to seek the advice and support that Time 4 U can offer. More than 12,000 young people across Worcestershire visited Time 4 U clinics last year. A big thank you goes out to everyone who came to the celebration event!
